Problem: Company Re-Organization broke up long-standing Districts into smaller clusters. This impacted team moral as we entered our peak season.
Solution: Utilized Excel to create a Leaderboard that highlights Top $ Increase, Top % Increase, and Top Volume across the Region (130+ locations).
